A private workspace for the search you’re running

ēvehit is for one person pursuing their next operating role, board seat or advisory position — and for the handful of advisors they choose to bring in. It holds the opportunities, the people and organizations around them, your own positioning material, and the correspondence trail that would otherwise live in your head and your inbox.

It is not a recruiting tool. The workspace belongs to the person running the search, and nothing in it is visible to another workspace.

What it holds

Pipeline

Every opportunity you’re pursuing, by stage — operating roles, board seats, advisory work and networking conversations, each with the hiring organization and whoever brought it to you.

Relationships

The people and organizations in your search, with a timeline per relationship rather than a folder of loose notes.

Profile

Your positioning: one master record of roles and achievements, and the lenses that present a different cut of it for a different kind of opportunity.

Home

What actually needs you now, assembled from what is in the workspace — not a checklist you have to maintain.

Notes and Tasks

Your own writing and your open commitments, attached to the records they belong to.

Assessments

Structured questionnaires you can take, scored, with your previous answers kept.

What it connects to

You can connect Gmail and Google Calendar so the record stays current without you filing anything. ēvehit reads message metadata only — senders, recipients, dates and subject lines — to keep relationship timelines accurate. It does not read or store message bodies or attachments. Calendar access is read-only and limited to your primary calendar.

The Google data guide sets out exactly which scopes are requested and what is kept, and the privacy notice covers the rest. Both connections are optional, and either can be disconnected without losing what is already in the workspace.

Where AI helps, and where it doesn’t

ēvehit can compare an opportunity against your positioning, prepare you for a specific conversation, and read a role brief back against your own record. Every one of those is a suggestion you adopt or discard — nothing is written into your workspace on your behalf.

The limits are stated in the product, not buried here: ēvehit cannot see an employer’s private criteria, their weighting or internal scorecard, the other candidates, how the recruiter is behaving, referral context, or the final decision. It reasons only from what is in your workspace.

Who can see it

A workspace belongs to one person — the executive it serves. You can invite a small number of advisors into it, up to five people in total, and remove them at any time. A search is confidential by default, and advisors see a deliberately narrower view than you do.

An advisor or firm can pay for a workspace without being able to read it: paying grants no account, no membership and no access to your content.

Private beta

ēvehit is in closed beta and accounts are opened by invitation. If you’d like one, or you have a question about how your data is handled, write to hello@evehit.com.
